Ten years ago, I did home maintenance for a family, in which several years later was followed by a basement home theatre remodeling project. Today, I am building their dream home.

My goal is to create customer delight, by making the building experience painless and by exceeding my clients expectations. I want to be there for a lasting, satisfying relationship with the homeowner. I have a diplomatic approach
with my clients. I want each new custom home or home renovation to reflect a family's lifestyle, and I help them develop this process by being flexible and accessible.

One of the keys to continued success is to have a positive long term relationship with your your trade contractors and suppliers. It is important to have a capable support team , that has been with you during the good times and the bad.

I also put emphasis on quality materials for the homeowner. Other topics of discussion with each customer is the most energy efficient system and the latest technology. I want them to understand the long term value and to make sure that
